This publication is the long-awaited Bahasa-Indonesia translation of Tropenbos Series 7 (Trees of the Balikpapan-Samarinda area, East Kalimantan, Indonesia, out of print). The book is a field guide to the (primary) lowland forest of East Kalimantan and describes some 280 tree species of the area that are economically or ecologically important.
